We have a 7-days replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement, if the received product is defective or damaged.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned including screen guards, housing, flex cables, repair tools, screwdrivers, pry tools, ESD safe tools, and adhesive tools.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We don't allow anyone to misuse the return policy. To avoid issues with customers sending old broken items, you will need to send a photo or video of the actual problem before we authorize the return. You can send a mail to support@icareservice.in.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
The advance amount paid by the customer at the time of placing the order cannot be refunded to cover the shipping and handling charges for any cash on delivery orders returned to origin for any reason.
All cancellations will incur a 10% or Rs 100/- cancellation fee, whichever is greater, to cover transaction fees. Orders already shipped cannot be canceled. Please contact customer service for an RMA request if the order you wished to cancel was dispatched.
